So far, COVID-19 had the year 2020 firmly under control and caused challenges in many sectors when implementing familiar concepts. Especially when it comes to fairs, the need to think about new methods was absolutely essential. Due to COVID, almost all events and trade fairs were cancelled - including the Automechanika in Frankfurt, one of the biggest international trade fairs in the automotive industry.
In order to give our customers and international interested parties the opportunity to get to know the new products 2020/2021, the MTS Testing Days 2020 were created: The first in-house testing days at MTS headquarters in Rülzheim.
In September and October, numerous customer meetings were held to present the exciting brand worlds of our own brands NIGRIN, cartrend and FISCHER as well as F1, Quixx, Energizer and some more. The first exclusive insight into the range of our new licensed brand Formula 1® as well as the upcoming 125th anniversary of NIGRIN which have been the the highlights of the MTS Testing Days.
In addition to brand presentations with live applications and product tests, confidential customer appointments were held afterwards - of course all in compliance with the applicable COVID-19 guidelines.
For all customers who could not visit in person, the new products were presented via virtual video conference and a video with all highlights was also recorded.
The MTS Testing Days were a great success, not least due to the responsible handling with the current COVID-19 guidelines.
